Great instructor! Recipes are easy to replicate at home. Amazing food. We had fun socializing with everyone as we ate together.

Hassan was wonderful, he was engaging, knowledgeable and kind. I love to cook and really enjoyed all of the knowledge that he was able to share with us. Including what we could subtitute the 00 Flour with in North America if we aren't able to find it..... our creations were exceptional. Pizza from scratch and I was so enthused I have already sussed the ingredients back in Canada and am looking forward to showing off my new found skills to family and friends...... Pizza and Tiramasu..... Also the class was small only 6 of us and it was great to meet other travelers and dine with them. Good value, Great time!

Enjoyed the pizza and tiramisu class with Desi. The pizza portion of the class was very informative and we had so much fun. I would highly recommend this over the pasta class, as I wouldn't go home and make pasta, but I would go home and make the pizza she taught us. Very nice facility and when our pizza's were done, we ate outside.

Lory was amazing! We made pizza and tiramisu and both were delicious! We had several choices for pizza toppings. We finished our meal with limoncello….yum!
