The wine selection offered is the result of a meticulous research of regional natural wine producers. The outcome of ancient processes adopted by contemporary artisans who are passionate and respectful of their land and what grows on it. Our menu is completely Vegetarian.

Charming location in Capri! We had a beautiful meal we prepared with the help of our chef Stefanie! The Eggplant Parmesan, almond lemon cake, and raviolis were magnificent!

Stefanie was so welcoming and a great host. We enjoyed learning how to make authentic Italian dishes. The 3 dishes were full of flavor and we cannot wait to recreate them at home. We recommend to anyone visiting Capri, such a fantastic experience!

It was a great experience- food was delicious- wine was amazing and host was incredible! There was 3 of us and we totally enjoyed the chef and all her pairings of wine and of course the food was delicious would recommend this cooking class to anyone

What a wonderful evening. Stefanie was such a wonderful host full of knowledge and helped us through the process of making three delicious dishes paired some of the best wines. She took the time to throughly explain the process and the reason for each ingredient; she also gave us helpful hints for replicating these flavorful dishes when we go back home. The ambiance as well as the two other couples made the night magical. I wish I could give Stefanie more stars because this was definitely one on the highlights of our stay in Capri. Not only would I recommend you try Blue Kitchen Capri’s cooking class: I would say it’s a must.

Stephanie was outstanding! Such a lovely experience. We had so much fun and are excited to purchase some of the delicious wine, olive oil, and wine vinegar we tasted. Highly recommend.
