Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class! We highly recommend this experience. There was plenty of wine, pasta (we made 3 different kinds) and a lot of laughter with the chef, Antonio and Alfredo.

The energy and vibe was fabulous. Chef David and his assistant shared great information on regional Italian pastas. Chef David is very passionate about food and people.
Other attendees were delightful. A great evening was had by all. Wine was flowing. Highly recommend! Excited to try new recipes at home.

Amazing experience, so much fun. The chefs are very knowledgeable, engaging and funny! We had a lovely evening, drinking wine and making 3 different types of pasta and learnt some Italian trade secret to try at home. Totally recommend doing this trip!

My husband and I truly enjoyed this afternoon with the David and his team at Cooking Art Brunelleschi pasta class! We made tortellini, ravioli, and pappardella. Chef David introduced us to two new sauces we will definitely make at home! Definitely worth a visit while in Florence!

It was a nice experience, we had fun with friend of mine. I liked that we did three different types of pasta, organisators were helpful and checked on our first pasta. We made heart shaped ravioli as well 😋
The only thing I wish we had is more difficult souces for the pasta. To have a wider picture of Italian flavours.

Excellent and fun cooking class!!! David and Lorenzo were so helpful in explaining how to make traditional Italian pasta dishes and we tried our hands at making tortellini, ravioli, and papardelle! The food was so delicious, and they also provided great wine to pair with our three course pasta meal 😋
Highly recommend spending an evening with Brunelleschi cooking art in Florence!

My family and I went to this cooking class in May! It was a very unique experience and great for people (like me) who have never made fresh pasta. David and Lorenzo were so fun and personable. We drank wine and made tortellini, ravioli and pappardelle. We started at 6:30 and ate around 8:30, finishing at 9:45ish. I would recommend having a snack before hand! I came in starving thinking we would eat soon after but we didn’t eat until 8:30. So just be prepared! Highly recommend, great time!
