Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

This was such a fun activity for a group of 9 girls! We are in Florence for my sister’s bachelorette party and found this on TripAdvisor. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed how much we got to be involved in the cooking demonstrations. Lorenzo was fabulous- definitely request him!! Also my sister has celiac disease and while they didn’t have GF pasta, they were gracious enough to prepare her homemade risotto that was AMAZING- even better than the pasta LOL. All in all we would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun group activity while in Florence!!

Lorenzo was absolutely amazing. His energy and knowledge were the highlight of the cooking class. He taught us how to make 3 different types of pastas and also 3 different sauces. He was hands on and helped each person during the class. I would most definitely recommend this cooking class if you’re visiting Florence. It’s also in an old, historic building. Which was special to be in.

What a wonderful evening in Florence. Great professional space at the back of a local restaurant. So well set up for the class in a beautiful space. Very well organized and the group was so much fun. It’s like we made new friends amongst strangers in the class.
The staff was very well organized and fun. And we learned something while we enjoyed the food we had helped to prepare. A little wine didn’t hurt either.

The chef makes it really easy to make your own pasta, and the sauces are amazing, this is the best dinner you will have in Florence, plus you will learn to make your own pasta!

If you're looking for a fun and immersive experience in Florence, look no further than a pasta-making course. My class was led by the incredible Chef Antonio, whose attentiveness, humor, and clear communication made the learning process enjoyable for everyone.
This guys patience was truly impressive as he guided my wife and I, a mix of couples, friends, and families, through the art of crafting various pasta shapes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, fostering a sense of camaraderie amongst participants. Also endless wine!!
By the end of the course, we weren't just tourists; we were temporary apprentices, successfully transforming simple ingredients into delicious pasta.
This course is a must-do for anyone visiting Florence, regardless of their culinary experience. It's a fantastic way to learn a valuable skill, immerse yourself in Italian culture, and savor the joy of creating something delicious from scratch. And again, plenty of wine :)
