Cesare was an amazing host and was very charismatic teacher. We loved every second of him and Khalil teaching us how to cook and never letting our wine glass go empty

Most memorable activity during our 10 day Italian vacation. Me, my husband and two daughters (ages 24 and 26) really enjoyed our morning cooking class with Gianni. It was great to start off with the market experience and then walking a short distance to the cooking studio. Prosecco, stuffed squash blossoms, roman style artichokes, 2 pastas, 2 sauces, tiramisu and wine - what's not to like? Gianni is a terrific and patient instructor with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this experience when in Rome!

This cooking class was my favorite part of my trip to Rome. We did the morning class so we started at the market picking up and trying ingredients we would later be cooking with and then walked over to the studio which was set up and ready for us to start cooking. The entire experience cooking the appetizers and different pastas was fun and Gianni was super helpful. I had no prior experience hand making pasta and was a little intimidated but with Gianni's hands on assistance it was such a fun and enjoyable experience. The food we made was one of the best and more memorable meals we had over the course of our entire trip! I have already recommended this class to friends visiting Rome this summer and will continue to recommend to anyone going in the future. Do not miss out on this experience!!

I loved the enthusiasm of our chef. He was very positive and encouraging. He connected well with all members of our group. He was very organized and managed the time well so that we were able to make many dishes without feeling rushed or running out of time. He was very knowledgeable about his country and the foods and described things clearly. He was fun and funny and we had a great time and made and ate delicious Italian foods! Thank you!!

My husband and 2 teenage sons and I had a fantastic experience in this cooking class. Cesare made us feel so welcome. He was so funny and entertaining. The food was amazing and we can’t wait to try the recipes at home. I highly recommend this experience.

A different side of Rome - the food and preparation of pasta and appetizers. And of course, tira misu! A very energetic and informative lesson with specific instructions. The morning session includes a market tour where they purchase what we’ll make. It’s a small group, so conversations are easy. Recommend!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the cooking class was. Our family of 3 had the BEST time. It was personalized, fun and informative. I would highly recommend this for anyone going to visit Rome. You will NOT be disappointed.

Gianni met us at an outdoor market, where we shopped for fresh tomatoes, broccoli, cheese, and other fresh ingredients to use in the cooking class. Our time cooking, talking, and learning with him turned out to be a highlight of our 10 days in Italy. We made two types of pasta, two sauces, an appetizer, and dessert. He wined us and dined us with wonderful instruction and stories in his perfectly designed kitchen studio. Can't wait to get cooking at home with the recipes and memories from the class.

My sister and I truly enjoyed our class with Gianni and his assistant chef. He is bi-trilingual and very personable.
It was one of our best experiences in Rome. Come with an empty stomach!
