The experience take place in the seaview grandmother villa, where we live together from when i was born. Are you ready to discover the unique flavors of the local cuisine transmitted by my grandmother, while exploring our traditional Italian lifestyle? The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips.
Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother!
You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

We had a wonderful time! Our head instructor Cristiano was so entertaining and fun! He had us laughing and cooking all night. We highly recommend this class. We made gnocchi, eggplant, and tiramisu. Not only was it a fun night but we had a delicious meal complete with wine and limoncello! You will love this!

Delicious excursion! Smooth pickup from Lauro parking lot, exquisite views from this lovely villa with indoor/outdoor kitchen. Cristiano was a superb host, funny, informative, engaging, he really made this cooking class more fun than we expected. The food we prepared was utterly luscious, they had the eggplant already cooked in advance, so helpful! There are cute and useful items to purchase after class, we bought several items. REALLY WELL DONE, don't miss this one!

The entire experience was perfect. The class was small enough to be personal and Chef Christiano was very entertaining. We felt like family there and that day was my birthday, so the Chef's mother made tiramasu for me and placed a candle on top. The entire group sang happy birthday to me. What a wonderful memory of Sorrento!

The Penisola Experience 3 hour cooking class with Cristiano was one of the highlights of our trip. Excellently organised, amazing food and Cristiano made the experience. It was so much fun and we had such a great time.

This was one of my favorite experiences in Sorrento! Cristiano was such a good chef and made the class super fun. His mom and cousin were so sweet and helpful. The eggplant and gnocchi we made was absolutely delicious and you can’t beat the gorgeous view from their balcony. I highly recommend this cooking class!

Our cooking school experience with Christiano was such a blast! He and his mother ‘Mama’ were a slick operation - it was all very well organized. Christiano was a bundle of energy and a font of knowledge about local food. The food was delicious! Do this - you won’t regret it!

Cristiano and Theresa gave us a fun day of learning to cook like an Italian in their beautiful Sorrento home. The food was wonderful and the chef did a great job of explaining the most important factors to keep in mind for each dish.
