You will learn to cook simple, authentic Greek recipes in your 1.5 hour class. A few dishes that are from the islands will be cooked by Christos, a few by Fotini and a few dishes will be cooked in advance. You will be making 2 dishes together, and your class will be a mix of a demonstration and a hands-on experience.

I did not want to leave. Fotini and Christo greeted me as a member of their family. Their apartment is also an experience. It was like visiting an art gallery. The food was delicious. We prepared authentic and traditional Greek recipes easy to follow. Highly recommended!

Fotini and Christo are wonderful costs. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious. Fotini is well educated and classy, talking with her while eating the food we have prepared was such a pleasure. Their eclectic dining room and art de la table was top notch. An experience different than other. I strongly recommend it!

Fotini and Christo are a great cooking team. They offer real home made Greek food with high quality fresh ingredients. We have cooked together and then we have eaten all what we have prepared in their amazing living room. The table setting was fabulous, I have felt like a VIP. An experience highly recommended.
