The three cities is too much on one day…there isn’t enough time in any one city to really have enough time to enjoy the surroundings. The boat cruise was nice snd our tour tour guide (Camilla) was outstanding! Eliminate Lugano (nothing really to see or do there except wander past overpriced shops in a small area) and the tour is very good. Bellagio was the highlight of the tour…cute, quaint and interesting!

The guide Kamilia was very kind, lovely and very professional person. The trip was good, only one thing I recommended if possible the Lugano to be in a separate/ another one excursion. Too many places to visit in one day , and there was not enough time for them.

Our guide Alicia took very good care of us. ♥️ She tried to please each of us and was very patient, nice and funny. Even when the weather got ☔ she kept joking. Also, lot of jokes about our driver Mario who also entertained us with various unexpected interactions with other drivers 😁

The trip was amazing, we went away for my 30th birthday & the day trip was an amazing part of it. The views were breathtakingly beautiful. The boat trip was lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed it & well worth the money!

I had to rate my experience as 3 because we could not go to Lugano I was disappointed, but other wise it was a gold tour. Everybody especially Alice was an excellent!

The locations were phenomenal. It was our guides first day and he worked so very hard to make sure we were all looked after.
He struggled with the commentary on the boat (we couldn’t understand anything at all), but this was more to do with the technology.

The guide was not experienced , she hardly speak English and she speaks one word from each language so she confused us . She didn’t inform us about trip details
Yet she was trying to satisfy us and I I enjoyed the trip

First the guide Franco was very good. Enjoyed overall trip with his prompt narration. Time planning was perfect. Enjoyed the local food at Bellagio.
