Great museum, the statues are very well done. At the end we finish the visit in a small wagon which transports us for a tour of London. I love coming back every time I go to London

The combination ticket was definitely worth it for us. But we weren't there in high season.
The advance reservations weren't really helpful. Or rather, they didn't work for us... It would have been interesting if there had been more visitors.
The combination ticket was definitely interesting for us in terms of price, as the sum of the individual entrance fees was higher than the total price.
The access was perfect with the corresponding link from tripadvisor... one click and you're in.
Be careful: we were checked at every attraction, just like at the airport. Bags opened and metal detector... well, maybe just a deterrent... but they are very strict with handbags... Please note.

Good experience at Madame Tussauds. Yet to utilize the other two but we have time for these anyway. Value for money

Despite being held up en route and being late at both Madame Tussaud’s and the London Eye, we were fast-tracked into both attractions on production of evidence of our bookings. Well done!

The Eye of London is closed for the month of January . The other vendor stated the Eye of is closed every January. People have been coming with tickets for the event.

The experience was amazing! We try to visit Madame Tussauds in different cities and countries and this is by far the best.

Agree with previous review, I visited yesterday and I was so disappointed and disgusted at the experience. The venue was ridiculously overcrowded, my 6 year old who is not afraid to be in crowds, was desperate to leave as he was beginning to feel claustrophobic. I also used the feedback kiosks at the end of the visit, and received the generic response about trying to manage crowds but busy periods. Merlin Entertainment do not seem to take any responsibility for putting profits before safety and visitor experience and admitting too many people. The email response subject header was titled KPI response, that typifies their customer service, and confirmed my visit was merely a statistic. I have no faith any comments raised will be acted upon.

I also agree some of the wax works are poor / dated and the whole venue actually feels wax work light. I presume they have removed some wax works to make more space in the pen for the public. Whilst the marvel / star wars section will appeal to many, this has very few wax works and should in my opinion be a separate attraction entirely.

Merlin really need to take things back to basics. I remember visiting the Blackpool venue when I was a similar age to my children and loved the experience. Sadly my kids were not as impressed and I doubt I shall ever return. To sum it up there are far better experiences to spend your money on in London.

This was a really enjoyable tour. My child loved the freefall in the dungeons. Everything was well organized. I definitely recommend this tour to my friends.

We were a little disappointed because it only took us 30 minutes to see the whole thing. There are not many figures there and most of them are modern pop and sports stars. Whatever happened to history? There used to be the Pope, Adolf Hitler, Sid Vicious, Lech Walesa and other historical figures and I was hoping this can be educational for the kids as well as entertaining.

The queue was round the block (although we booked on-line) and not socially distanced at all.

The staff were very friendly though which was a saving grace.

Really enjoyed the visit. Had pictures by the administration as we paid them. It was a great visit. Though I have visited Madam Tussaud Amsterdam already but it was much fascinating.
