Florence in general is beautiful, the Uffizi spectacular, the guide really good and competent, top notch.

This tour is a must to maximize your time in Florence. We had a great guide- very knowledgeable, in tune with our group of 6 and our pace (we are all in our 70’s) and she was very easy to understand. Loved passing by the lines and there was no rush in her “guiding” us.

Tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. I would only say that the tour was very rushed through the Uffizi. We got to see the most famous pieces of art, but no chance to appreciate other pieces. In fairness, there is so much to see there, you probably can spend most of a day in Uffizi itself seeing all the amazing art.

Daniele was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide! Very professional and kind and was considerate of what we were interested in seeing, yet he also made sure to show us the special highlights of both museums. He communicated really well, both by email and what’s app, to make sure all was in order for the tour, and he also speaks very good English and has a super command of the language, which helped our understanding of what we saw. So much too see! Daniele did a great job and we made a new friend. We would definitely use Joy of Florence again and will recommend this company and Daniele to our friends and family!

Giulia was highly knowledgeable, kept us interested and enthused the entire day, she was patient and kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed listening to her tell us all the intricate details of the wonders of Florence. She did a stellar job in the high heat and large crowds, and we are grateful for this experience. There is so much to see and Florence is indeed a very beautiful city.

This tour was fantastic. Oksana was so knowledgeable about not only the art throughout both museums, but also provided really great insight about what to do with our time in Florence. I would absolutely recommend.

Oksana was our guide around Florence for the uffizi gallery, academia and duomo. She was great! I'm not a big art history person but she really helped explain the differences in photos and showed the most important ones to see. I never would have had that experience wandering around by myself.

We had a wonderful time with our guide, Consuelo. Her excitement about the art was contagious. She was patient with my husband who has back pain and arranged time so he could rest along the way. She was absolutely lovely. The highlight of our Italian trip.

It has always been a dream to visit the Uffizi Gallery, and this tour allowed us not only to see what we wanted to see, but to learn a great deal about Florence and its historical residents. Daniele brought the artwork to life and offered insights into the lives of the artists and the historical context that made our experience vivid and unforgettable!

Had a wonderful time! Daniele was fun, knowledgeable, and considerate! He would give more information on works than was available at the museums and established the circumstances in which they were made so that we could better appreciate their significance.
