Fanastic tour and great way to see all three spots. Fascinating glimpse into Roman history and truly informative tour guide. This is a headset tour and was a little tough to hear the guide every now and then. Also great way to navigate the crowds!

Lovely, comprehensive tour, started quite late unfortunately but once we got going it was fab and it was well worth the money. A highlight of our visit.

Our guide Dennis was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. It turns out he has a degree in archeology! I learned a bunch of stuff that i had not on my previous visit or through general research. Very cool.

Great, informative and well planned tour. Our guide was excellent and the tour was timed really well to miss the queues as much as possible (we went on the first tour of the day)
Perfect amount of time was spent going round the attractions.

I’d like to give this a higher score. Unfortunately for me this company cancelled my 09:30am booking and informed me that I would now need to be there at 08:30am… absolutely impossible for me to be there on time after landing in Rome that morning!
The workers were kind enough to see if there were spaces available for a later tour but informed me that I would need to pay FULL PRICE again if I wanted to join. No thank you - I can understand paying for the ticket to the Colosseum again but not for the tour twice! I would have been on time if it wasn’t moved earlier without my consent.

The tour guide was fine and did what he was supposed to. The tour was somewhat rushed as we needed to ensure were were at the coliseum at a specific time. The lines were not long so the advantage of a group tour were not of any benefit. The reason for my mediocre review is because I would have much rather had a self-guided audio tour vs. this live-person one.
The description was a little mis-leading as well as you did not actually get to see the Colosseum 'dungeons' or 'pits'... you could only see them from the arena level.... it's a separate charge to go down below. Because the tour was a long as it was, I did not speak up about it, but heard someone else bring it up.

Laura was a great guide - clearly had very deep knowledge of Ancient Rome and the sights plus rich stories of gladiator and Roman life. We didn’t care for the excessive complaining about entry requirements (it’s expected in large crowds, important cultural sights and this era of stupidity and violence) but I guess it’s the Italian way! But no doubt - booking a tour to see the Colosseum and Roman Forum is an absolute must and Viator, as always, had everything well organized.
