There was a mix up with tickets as we played £69 for 2 entry ticket as we were on the understanding that it was with a guide tour but we got to the Colloseum and by the time we found out what and were to go meet our booking time had lapsed and that these ticket are just standard entry ticket @ €17 each and gemini tour said that the rest was service and commission charges of 30% that makes these charges over 75% I will be sorting it out for a refund of the rest when back in England

I lost entry to the coliseum, but the entire time the team supported me via WhatsApp, they were very helpful and attentive to my situation, next time I'll buy from them again🥰🥰 note, I missed entry due to delays at the airport. But I managed to go to the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum

Easy to find our way around without a guide. Amazing views, lots of information. Lots of very steep stairs. Wish there was a restroom somewhere nearby.

I booked on line months in advance. Instead of getting tickets to print I got a voucher. I didn’t have a phone that works in Italy. I received an email that said this is your ticket. We’ll it wasn’t. There was no place to redeem the voucher. I finally asked a tour guide from another company for help. She was ver helpful and called Gemini tours for me. They sent her my tickets and she emailed them to me. So, in conclusion, if you don’t have a phone that works in Italy don’t book through TripAdvisor.

Confirmed reservation is not confirmed. We booked a Colosseum tour with Viator and they used Gemini to get our tickets. We checked 2 weeks before our tour date and the day before we left for Rome - both times we were told, no worries your tickets will be ready. Our scheduled time was between 10am - 2 pm. Gemini called the afternoon before our tour to tell us that they could not get tickets. They only offered the possibility of a late night tour days later. We had reservations for something else that night and it was the the possibility of tickets, not a guarantee. Viator did nothing to stand by our reservation.
Use another company, stay away from Gemini.

The Collosseum is definitely worth a visit when you are in Rome. Cool experience! Buying tickets via trip advisor went smoothly. We got our tickets via whatsapp and it was nice to avoid the queues. Inside the Collosseum, it was thick with people at times. Remember to check your time on the ticket. 😀

Our visit to the Colosseum was handled as well as it could been. We arrived a little early and didn’t have to wait in any long lines.
We didn’t take advantage of the Forum and Palatine parts of the ticket. We are old people and the temperature yesterday was too hot for us. We had to leave town today.
We almost missed the Colosseum tour, too. We asked the vendor to email us our tickets and instructions. That email never arrived, and the info was only sent to our WhatsApp app. This almost was a problem for us because we had loaded the app on our phones and had never used it before. But we were able to find the tickets and all went well.
