I purchased tickets for 1100 but received 11:45. It made me late to my other planned activities of the day. It would be nice to get what you pay for.

Great and amazing place,my 12 years old son love it, plenty to see,a lot of information provided,plenty water station which was very helpful in hot day.Please wear comfy shoes

had to wait in line anyway, you need to get a ticket to enter even under 18, even though they said it was not. not happy, had to waut anyway even tho i paid not to. no compensation was offered. terrible.

The seller has provided almost zero information about the tour and our possibilities and even the little that he did he would provide exclusively on whatsapp, very unwillingly - his main concern was to send us the tickets via whatsapp so he would not have to meet us. Would we have known that the tickets entitle us to visit the Palatine and the Forum before we went to the colosseum we would have spent the day there. I would not buy anything from this guy again.

Was given a 9am time and meeting point to pick up tickets. Address given was locked up. Nobody ever showed up. Lots of other people there waiting also. Nobody answered phone calls. Finally 30 minutes late someone calls and said they would send tickets to our phone. Why couldn't that have been days days ago. It would have saved alot of aggravation. This business is terrible and I would not deal with them if they were given tickets for free. You deserve no stars.

Might have been ok but they never showed up so we could get our tickets…very disappointing. We were credited but that doesn't give our time back or get us sold out tickets. The person we purchased from said the Colosseum was closed and that was not true…scam.

To avoid, a catastrophe of experience. Tickets cost €18 per person, we paid €86 for two people for entry at 11 a.m. The big day writes to us sending us the tickets and telling us that we could get in at 11:35 a.m. when that is false. We were not able to return until 11:50 a.m. as indicated on the tickets. We came for a day in Rome and 50 minutes meant we wasted time visiting other things. The guy doesn't respond anymore as soon as you start complaining. No claims service is available and less request a refund.
Not to be taken!!!
