Viator you really dropped the ball on this experience! We hadn’t received ANY communication in regards to actual tickets until AFTER our scheduled time to go to this event. Furthermore when we called your helpline we were disconnected many times before talking to a representative. Viator doesn’t have ANY representatives at this actual activity. So, a visitor is simply left to whatever devices they can obtain on their own to visit the Colosseum. The ticket line to buy tickets is about a two hour wait. As much as we have used Viator in the past for tours, and excursions from many travels. I would AVOID using Viator on this UNSUPPORTED tour!!!

Should have reserved the audio guide. They don't provide it for walk ins. It was amazing to see regardless.

After seeing the long line into the colosseum, I was definitely thankful that we had pre purchased skip the line tickets! Entry was seamless and quick, just make sure you have valid ID with you. The tickets were a little pricey, but worth it to skip the line and enjoy the colosseum and Roman forum!

Tour was fine. I wish more specific information as to where to enter the Coliseum would have been helpful. ie Look for the white tent.

Easy. Operator provided tickets to us the day before using WhatsApp. We were able to use it to get to the Colosseum, Palentine Hills (emperor’s palace), and Forum. Note a lot of the statues from the Palentine Hills and Forum are in the Vatican Museum.

It’s kind of confusing to get the e ticket , no communication until I called the tours agency and they sent the PDF tickets to WhatApp . Tickets were not sent in the accounts in the Apps. I had to call around 5pm the day before and someone pickup the call and said it will send out in 10 min

We received our etickets the night before, we entered the colosseum at 10:30 am our scheduled time, we arrived 15 minutes ahead of time but did not wait long to enter. You have 24 hours to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

This ticket effectively enabled you to not have to queue for tickets at the colosseum, and although it includes a ticket to the palatine and forum you will have to queue to get into there.
