I recommend going to the Forum as soon as it opens to avoid the crowds and then timing your Colosseum entry late morning or early afternoon - I don't believe it is possible to avoid the crowds there...

Too many people, the queue cut was useless... queues too long so we skipped the Roman Forum and the Palatine. For the price it's theft!

Work going on meaning access restricted but no signs telling you exits weren't available. Extra walking for my partly disabled friend made this very frustrating

I bought these tickets because the website to reserve a time with the Roma Pass wasn’t working. These worked out fine. The only line you skip is the line to buy tickets, but there are lines for everything in Rome so skipping one definitely helps.

I found the accessing of the tickets extremely stressful. Not all of us live on our phones. There was no point of communication to access advice in the area before going into the colloseum, and no one we asked had heard of your company. Apparantly it was passed over to another company called Dream tours.. So that added to the confusion. We had to go twice through all the security, speak to the colloseum staff and make a phonecall before the tickets appeared in a whats app. It needs to be simpler and easier to access the actual tickets. Is printing them off too easy! I could have done that before I left home but the tickets were not available . At the least I feel a member of staff needs to be available at the entry gate. It is a large area with a lot of people trying to find there way about ,so it would be helpful to everyone to be guided speedily.
Booking with Viator doesnt mean they are the tour operator.
That being said the skip the queue worked well and the colosseum is definitley a sight I shall never forget.
