Our tour guide was great and informative, I wish I remembered her name. However the organization was not great. We started late, people in the group had different entry times so we had to wait for them. The Colosseum part felt rushed and if we wanted to stay longer we would have to turn in our headsets missing the other two places that were part of it. And once you leave the Colosseum, they never mentioned if we could get back in and not wait in lines again if we wanted to go back. But still a cool experience.

This tour is marketed as skip the line but nothing of the sort. Waited 40 mins in line to get through security then there seemed to be an issue with one person who was under 18 but wasn’t and all the kids were rounded up and pushed through first - very intimidating and frankly a bit scary. Half an hour pushing through crowds looking at everything but the inside of the Colosseum. The tour was saved only once we got inside. Wow. Guide was great both in the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We didn’t get to go up Palatine hill (which we thought was included).

Cannot fault our tour guide and the places we saw. The only down side is the queues especially when you pay for ‘skip the queue tour’
It is insanely busy and overcrowded with Ridiculous security measures that seem to change with the wind!

The meeting place is easy to find. Our tour guide, Alexander, is extremely knowledgeable, his sharing of the history and anecdote is not rushed, and he paid extra attention to engage two kids in our tour. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide (forgot his name) was incredible in his explanations and kept all of us engaged the entire time. Couldn’t ask for a better tour of the Colosseum, Palatine and Forum. Highly recommend this tour, especially with kids.
