Sarah our guide was really engaging and passionate about Ancient Rome. It was good fun and we learnt a lot. Also 3 hours was just right time wise.

We loved our tour of the Colosseum & Ancient Rome. It was just my daughter, wife, and I and one other couple in our group. Our tour guide was punctual, extremely knowledgeable about Ancient Rome, and spent a lot of time making us feel like we were actually in Ancient Rome.
The Colosseum and Roman Forum were breathtaking. We felt like we were transported back in time to the days of Julius Caesar. What an incredible experience! If you are in Rome, you must book this tour!

Our guide, Sara, was great. Starting in the Forum and then on to the Palatine Hill and ending in the Colosseum first thing in the morning meant we missed a lot of the crowds. Sara was so knowledgeable, bringing all of the incredible ancient ruins to life. This tour is a must!

My wife and I are super glad we opted for this FANTASTIC semi-private tour. We highly recommend a semi-private tour if they are available.
Our guide, Sara, was fantastic. She curated a wonderful itinerary that helped to avoid the crowds, which were massive. She met us early and because we all arrived early, we started early - definitely a plus! Sara described the sites, the history, and the legends and myths so well. In particular, she explained what happened to the ancient Roman sites during the Middle Ages after the fall of the Roman Empire and during the Renaissance, all of which helped to put things in perspective. She also brought supplemental materials to show us how the Colosseum and other buildings and sites would have looked in their time. As a small group, we were able to cover more ground and take advantage of many great photo-ops. Sara was very patient and made sure to answer all of our many questions.
We skipped all the lines except one - the security line! But that went quickly and we started early in the morning.
We wholeheartedly recommend Sara and this tour!
