This experience was not worth the money. The lounge had a buffet which had cold food as in the temperature. None of the food was hot. They also had no snacks besides plantain chips. I had a better experience in the Sandals area than I did in Club Mobay. We not use again.

Escorted through security and customs process greatly reduced our uncertainty and stress.
The Air Conditioned lounge was a definite benefit as well.

I booked through Viator. I had the ticket on my phone. At Club Mobay first check point, they could not find my reservation when the numbers were right there. I also called two times to verify I had the reservations. They asked if I had my email receipt. I did not. They took us to another station right before security. They couldn’t find my reservations despite my documentation. They finally let us through. We had difficulty finding the lounge. Once there, we told them about not being in the system. They checked reservation and it WAS in the system. Very disappointed, but once there, our experience was wonderful. Our server was lovely and very helpful.

I think return vip is better than arrival which is understandable. But I enjoyed it my son enjoyed the game room

Club Mobay is worth the money. Relaxing atmosphere, drinks, and food included. Private bathrooms and even a Spa if you need pampering before your flight. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We probably saved 2 hours due to the long lines at the airport on a Saturday afternoon. Chavaun whisked us thru all the lines and was extremely professional, helpful, and just lovely to deal with.

Club Mobay is the best thing in MBJ airport. The people are pleasant and just overall wonderful. I would highly recommend. After having to deal with everyone else in the airport like immigration, security and the really nasty person who checked my family in for our flight going into club Mobay was a breath of fresh air. MBJ really needs to find better employees. Everyone is nasty. Very unpleasant and appear to be really unhappy. This leaves an awful first and lasting impression upon arrival and during departure. Thank you Club MoBay personnel for really making my departure wonderful after having to deal with everyone else who works in MBJ. I always go with my family and will definitely be returning.

Having comfort for my husband, who was being wheelchair assisted, was paramount for me. So, when I was escorted to the Club Mobay Lounge and was immediately greeted with an assistant, who not only was pleasant but showed such sensitivity and care towards us; I was instantly impressed with the service. The comfort, privacy, the variety of food selection and the ambiance made for an entirely great experience, and we do look forward to booking through VIPAttaction's Club Mobay on our future trip. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience.
