It was ok......Some of the servers were great and helped, others were sitting over your shoulder and making the experience even more intimidating. They want to rush you out of the lounge. The bartender was pretty cool though....

Excellent top shelf airport lounge with private rooms, great food, huge full bar, and open 24 hours. Best lounge i have been to in latin America. The accept Priority Pass and other cards. Mus visit if you have anything other than a quick connection there.

So the whole great experience started with the rep who answered the phone for me to make the reservation. forgive me but it could be Keisha. i made the reservation on Tuesday night April 23rd at about 7pm. Kudos to her. professional to the max. 5 *****.
Then upon arrival i was met with the beautiful ladies downstairs on April 25th the date of my departure. I was in louge 1-7. The service was impeccable and very professional. Kacia Vassell and the team was so welcoming.
Then of course I went over to the buffet for a nice light clean sumptious meal. I enjoyed the soup and salads and sushi. not a big eater.
Then the bartenders were so professional. namely Jerome and Rayon and Lamar bringing so much ease to the guest. Jerome served me the best drinks and always chevkrd in on me which i absolutely love. He makes sure all guest are left to feel comfortable and at ease. Manger Nichola and the entire team just outdid themselves and I want to highly recommend this stop when next you are passing through Montego Bay Jamaica.
Its worth every dollar spent and you get value for money. Take a bow team and continue to fly my and your flag high. Love it. Great experience.

Wonderful service, fast friendly easy to use way to expedite arrivals and departures. Drinks are cold and good and the bathroom is always clean with quick moving lines if any and a friendly attendant; Check your carry on with bag claim and make a plate with the best last patty of your trip while you wait for boarding calls. It makes coming early to the airport worthwhile instead of irritating. Great staff good food clean lounge.

Def worth getting especially with how busy this place is. Their system randomly went down so def expect the unexpected and come early before your flight and hangout here. I spent 3 hours just chillin, drinking and eating. Food and drinks are free so that’s a plus. Spa stuff are extra btw. Staff was very nice, friendly and patient. They have bathrooms there, but they didn’t lock.

Getting from SW checking to club mobay check in was crazy. One end to the other then back to middle. Once there the door way was jammed with people. Finally able to enjoy the club. Service was wonderful, food was delicious.
