Fill out your immigration forms and move through customs and immigration with your fast-track service. Your host then helps you in picking up your luggage and escorts you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge. Please proceed to our desk no8 to get your private transportation service.

For your return, enjoy personalized hotel pickup. At Sangster International Airport, check in for your flight and continue to the Club Mobay information booth, located next to the entrance for security and immigration. Register for your lounge access here, and then sail through security and immigration, bypassing the regular line with your fast-track access. Head inside the Club Mobay departure lounge, on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9.

Holiday Services made everything so smooth. Omar handled everything at the door & gave us important info & his number for any problems that might come up at all at any time for our whole vacation transfer related or not (so nice!) and Andre was an absolute pro driver. Quick, attentive, and with a fantastic car. Couldn’t be happier with these guys.

This was my first time using club mobay upon arriving into Jamaica. Let me tell you, it is so worth it. I was off the plane and they were waiting for me with my name on a whiteboard. They took us thru customs and it was really fast. There was no line or waiting. The last time I went to Jamaica it took forever. I enjoyed the food at the lounge, and all the staff were so helpful and pleasant. It was a great way to start my trip. On the way back same experience. Security check point was just as fast and the lounge was clean and food excellent.

When we arrived at Montego Bay Airport it was total chaos but right around the corner was a gentleman holding a sign with our name on it. He helped us maneuver customs and immigration. Before we knew it we had our luggage and sat having a cool drink in Club Mobay Lounge. He then went to check on our transportation to Negril. That's where the experience took a small turn. I needed to go to the desk even though they had all my information. The young woman at the desk was sitting on a chair leaning against the wall. She could not bother to get up even though I had difficulty understanding her. Finally, I had my paperwork for my round-trip private transportation. I was told as soon as I was finished with my drink in the club I could exit the airport and someone with a Holiday Services shirt would be there to help us to our car.
As we exited we did not see anyone from the company to help. We waited a while to see if someone would show up. Finally, I went back inside to the Holiday Services desk to inquire where our car was. The young woman told me again that there was someone outside to help which I stated clearly there wasn't. She came outside and after looking and finding no one called for a car. Fifteen minutes after that we were finally on the road to Negril. The drivers for Holiday Services were excellent it was the administration/on-site services that were lacking.
The Mobay Departure lounge was as good as the arrival one. There was excellent service and comfort.

I would recommend Club Mobay to everyone. We were met as we disembarked the plane and flew through customs and immigration. To do this on your own would be frustrating to say the least. It looked very confusing with so many people not knowing what to do.
The only reason I did not give a 5 star was b/c of the car service which is different from. Club Mobay. They were not as organized and we had to wait a. bit for our private transportation even though they had the flight info.
Definitely would use again.

Arrival representative was excellent and walked us through Immigration in short order, Arrival Lounge was small and noisy. We had to keep asking about our transport to Hotel. Finally we had to go to the counter ourselves to get info.
Departure lounge was nice but crowded. Waiters were nice and kept bring drinks. Food was ok. Much better experience than sitting in the airport gate areas.

Started off rough with no one there to greet us and having to find the desk. We had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to escort us through. Once thru Holiday had us wait 30 mins before we could get car service. It was a mess.

Do NOT use their transportation. They scam and suck. BUT Club Mobay was worth every penny. Skipping the line was fantastic! It literally saved us hours of waiting in line.
The club in the way out is even better.
