Our trip with Sophia was very good. She was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Would have been helpful to have maps of the larger areas we visited to navigate quickly, though. The tourist class hotels were just ok. Wouldn’t attempt this itinerary on our own. Overall, glad we chose this tour. Our group was husband, wife and 23 year-old daughter. To see everything, you should be in good physical condition. But if not, you can see most areas. May was excellent time of year temperature-wise, but ran into a lot of local school groups.

Anna our guide was very knowledgeable and a great teacher!
The journey took us through beautiful countryside, villages and attractions. The classical sites are well worth the guided tour to get full benefit. Start with the meuseum of archeology to get the background.
Food at taverns and hotels were great. Glad i did the tour.

I would highly recommend this tour. The organisation was excellent and our guide Marainna Tsigaridou made this tour extra special with her wonderful commentary, knowledge of ancient Greek history and culture and language. We learned so much, it was so interesting. The choice of famous sites to visit was excellent such as Delphi Myceane and Olympia. It was unforgettable and with some great scenery for photo shoots. I was really impressed with Marianna's English and French language skills and what was fascinating was how she explained the influence of Greek language and philosophy on our modern European languages. It was great, like watching the best historucal documentary film on Greece. I'm so glad we went, there is no way we would have ever had such a great experience trying to do this alone without a guide, she brings to life what may just look like a pile of old stones, shows pictures of how it was before, how people lived, myths, legends and real personal stories. Absolutely wonderful!

I really enjoyed this tour of Classical Greece. I learn so much about Ancient Greek history from our amazing guide Marianna Tsigaridou. She was so full of knowledge and made the tour so interesting.

My group of four, aged 63-70, thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Marianna, was very knowledgeable and organized. There were areas where walking was more challenging for anyone with knee or back pain but overall very doable. We chose the 3-star hotel package. Our first night at Hotel Asty was so nice but night 2 at Delphi Palace was disappointing and didn't deserve the third star.

Travelling to Greece for the first time, struggled to figure out the best way to see some of the key sights. Found this tour and was thoroughly impressed by it. Our tour was in English and Italian and the guide was amazing. He went through all the sights in so much detail for us and was a true fountain of knowledge, able to answer everyone's questions. We were also given ample time to explore each site before loading the bus and travelling to the next stop. Having the entry to the sites included in the price really helped, as it was on less thing to worry about. The tour group wasn't overly large, which was nice, as you were able to ask questions and actually hear the guide. It is suitable for all ages, and would work quite well if travelling alone.
Dinner and breakfast was included and were often provided by the hotels we stayed at. They were lovely and was traditional Greek food. Lunch was not included with the trip but was the most disappointing meal, as we were taken to specific places and were not given the option of where to eat and the food in these places was not the nicest.
The only downside was when travelling back to Athens from Delphi, our original tour continued on and we joined with a day tour heading back to Athens. Our tour was ahead in time to the day trip and so we were left waiting for almost 2 hours for the day trip to finish and be ready to head back to Athens. Slightly annoying, more so because we were unaware of this prior.
Overall an amazing and informative trip that would be highly recommended for those wanting a quick trip around Greece to see key sights and the beautiful countryside along the way.

Our tour guide was Marianna and she was very knowledgeable and articulate about art history, archeology, and history. She was able to convey the significance of the historical sights in ways that were meaningful to us in the 21st Century. Hotels and bus transport were just fine and comfortable. Seeing the Greek countryside was an unanticipated treat.

Travelling alone and pressed for some time this tour was a great way to see some key sights! Hotels were all lovely including the food and views!
Guide was good fun and informative.
Very mixed group of people on the tour but suitable for everyone really. Small size which is nice!
