Didn’t see the lights that night and wasn’t able to book on a 2nd night as we were travelling home. A bit to expensive £53 each only to be told that if you are staying at certain hotels just walk down to sea front at certain times you would see them. This is what we did set alarm for 6am walked 5 minutes from cabin hotel and saw the lights.

all the time was fog and clouds around Thingvellir. we didn't see any northern lights. at the and the guide recommend a tour next day - but it was rainy. not fun at all and not worth it.

Brilliant experience guides were very informative and friendly? Very chilled tour it was cold so could get on/off coach to warm up or take a nap as the tour is late at night! Lovely professional pictures too thank you xx

I saw the reviews prior to and that made me cancel - and I'm glad I did. I emailed them to find out what their thoughts were about the weather since it stated it would be cloudy and rainy all day. They continued to say to book and I can reschedule forever. Well, I may never come back to Iceland and you may not still be in business so that's an issue for me. To be running around for 3-5 hours at midnight for nothing would be a waste. They sent me the northern lights meteorology schedule and it ended 3 days prior to my visit and was at a low of 2/10. But they said we still had a good chance. I cancelled and didn't go and found out that it was a 0% chance by the end of it. I know we can't predict these things, but being in business that long, you should know a little more and help make it less confusing for visitors.

Tour was cancelled due to the weather. We were offered to reschedule to the next night, which we did. Unfortunately it wasn’t processed properly and when the bus arrived we couldn’t get on as we weren’t on the list. I’ve been refused a refund, which is very disappointing. I’m a bit sceptical that they can reschedule anyone to the next night, which is presumably full already. I wish we had just asked for a refund instead of rescheduling

Unfortunately as we knew could happen the trip was cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions. We were asked to email to rebook and no one has got back in touch yet. Conditions are favourable tonight and we are missing out . We will be expecting a refund.
