Very pleased with the service….driver was very kind! He was waiting as we disembarked, helped us with luggage, and it was a pleasant drive to our hotel.

This company was the worst transfer we have ever had. In corresponding with the company they were rude and very abrupt not willing to work with cruise line times of disembarkation. We are world travelers and I do not recommend this company to anyone. The ban had tape on the outside of the door to hide damage. If you continue to use them we will not book with Viator again.
