Fantastic tour, and every bit of credit to our guide Nuno for making it so. We toured various parts of the city and learnt so many things about the history (and the present) of Porto, which we would never have heard of by the usual sightseeing methods. We then proceeded to have the port tasting, which was very fun, interesting and tasty (even if, like me, you can't discern any single taste from the whole!)

Nuno was an amazing guide. We learned a great deal about the history and culture of Porto. The port wine education was top notch. Our only regret was we didn’t do this our first day in town. Great recommendation for local foods.

The tour was great, Nuno, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining and patient. He never hurried us along too quickly but kept everything moving along nicely. The best part was the Porto wine tasting at the end, well worth the walk. This is where Nuno’s knowledge came to the fore. He explained everything perfectly and answered all questions patiently. Can’t recommend this tour highly enough, you won’t be disappointed.

This was an excellent small group tour that taught us a lot about the history of Porto and Port wine. I would recommend going on this tour early on in your stay in Porto as it gives you a really good idea of what to see, where to eat, and what to do. Nuno was a great guide, very engaging and made the tour a lot of fun.

Nuno was a fabulous guide from start to finish. He balanced the aspects of the history of Porto and his wine tasting expertise perfectly. We enjoyed his casual and friendly vibe and his giving us recommendations beyond the tour were very welcome indeed.

I loved learning all of the history! The tour guide was very animated and very informed. He was super great and patient with everyone. He answered all questions enthusiastically and was detail oriented.
Only thing I’d say is that you are not tasting wines throughout, only at the end.
