This was our 2nd hop on hop off experience in Firenze we were staying in Fiesole where we started our journey. The bus driver and tour guide were both female and the bus driver was exceptional in driving the bus down those narrow streets. the tour guide was Italian but is now a permanent resident of Australia who by coincidence lived in Redcliffe near Brisbane. She was a wonderful guide as she was originally from Florence. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see the sights of Florence.

Nice way to get outside the city center and see the greener side of Florence. Lovely villas and parks are on the tour route.

Beautiful day to explore Florence. Disappointing only one bus on one of the two routes so wairlts in between stops were 70 minutes. Guess it's to be expected over winter months.

Spent over 2 hours looking for the right bud stop which wasn’t listed anywhere. Ended up having to take last bud which was cut short. I had Reached out 6 times to Viator. Have asked for refund and have yet to hear back.

This is a great way to a the City’s, and get an overview of what attractions are where. We frequently get the “lay of the land” with this company in whatever new city we happen to visit. We highly of recommend them.

Hop-on hop-off. Maybe ONCE not enough buses , we hop off and waited for next one. Never showed , waisted time waiting not sign or times where the bus dropped us off

1) before you get into a bus, you have no clue where is the bus stop and what is the schedule. There is no schedule online, I spent 40 mins to find it I needed to stand under the rain with 5 years old child and wait, even without being sure that the bus will come
2) the next day when I wanted to continue the tour since tickets is valid for 24 hours, they told I can't use my barcode, only the white recipt that I was given a day before. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT BEFORE!!! Also we live in a digital world and if I bought tickets and spend $35 and I do have the QR code in my email. It's ridiculous to require some printed small piece of paper that was given in the dark in the rush in a bus, and of course, was thrown away with all the garbage from the pockets.
So I needed to buy ticket again, additional €20 for nothing.
Of course, it created an impression that hop-on-bus-company makes money off of me in the most ugly way, taking advantage of the fact that I am a tourist

Great deal! Saw most of Florence and decided where we wanted to spend our time. Definitely saw more of the city than if we had not taken the bus. We even hopped on the next morning since it is a 24 hour ticket.
