The tour is an absolute must. £15 OAP rate is amazing value for money. The tour lasts just over an hour and takes in all the major city centre sites. The tour guide David was truly out of this world. His knowledge, his delivery, his wit and professionalism were outstanding. He is a credit to the company. Thanks again City Sight seeing your. Highly recommend

I was double booked. I was charged twice for the same thing. This was the Hop On and Hop Off in Edinburgh. I tried to get a refund for the duplicate charge and no one will help me. Upset.

It was great to be able to hop on until you got to the place you wanted to visit and then, because you have 24 hours before your ticket runs out, you can finish your tour the next day!

I can’t date this excursion via Tripadvisor … as we never received a confirmation, payment been taken from my account and no email was received … we had to purchased tickets on the day and refund or any conversation from Tripadvisor office were made to the day.
I still believe this issue will be solved as this bus ride would be the most expensive one.
