We purchased a 2 day/night tour for 4 people. We were handed a brochure on our first bus ride that said the night tours were at 1900 and 2230. We walked 30 minutes to the only bus stop for the night tour and arrived at 2020. We waited 30 minutes in the rain and wind for the bus that never came. The next morning on our first bus, the driver informed us that the 2030 night tour only goes in the summer time. We were there in December. Outdated brochures are ridiculous. I have emailed the company several times and have received no response. Buyer beware !

Plenty of seats on board the bus for Christmas Eve. Most stops were open for us to enjoy as well. Would do again!

service less than 50minutes wait for bus that never came I ended up walking to close options and was unable to activate my pass. Viator has refused to refund. I see this is not uncommon l.

Ummm if you like riding a city bus then take this tour! We had three stops narrated and then the audio was turned off and never came on again. So it was just like sitting on a random city bus in a strange city. So weird and random. Wouldn’t take again.

Great tour of the city. Audio was great but Tony made our tour special. Friendly nice and helpful. Clearly loves his job and is a true ambassador of Irish hospitality. We felt like we made a friend and he went out of his way to make sure we did everything. He even called ahead to Gluiness to ensure the held two spots for us as we approached!

Hop On Hop Off buses are a great way to see the city and help you decide where to go later. This complete only ran every 30-45 minutes and there were no live tours. Bus drivers were not friendly.

This was a great way to see Dublin and visit places not accessible by walking there. We learnt so much about the history of Dublin and its brilliant culture! Would highly recommend this excursion!

The drivers were fine but all the knowledge comes pre-recorded. You can get earbuds and or use your own and you can also try listening to the speakers but good luck with that downstairs especially. The speakers were rubbish and some of the jacks for the earbuds did not work well. To me this is not just overly expensive but not hearing and of course you cant rewind I mean that just make everything worse. Also, 35 min between buses is just mad. We had to stand in the rain once for about 30-40 minutes :(

Took ferry to Dublin from Holyhead on a whim. Booked the tour in advance for slightly cheaper tickets. We rode all around, but it was mostly churches, Guinness and pubs and we couldn't hear the commentary very well to get the jist of what the significance of the scenery was. The park was lovely and had we been in Dublin for longer we'd have gone for a picnic.
Mary was one of the drivers and she was ace, she even sang to us!

There were no memorable events to our hop-on hop-off. We waited forever in the pouring rain for a bus to come by. In the mean time two other companies had two bus each arrive at the starting point. We were very disappointed with your company after an outstanding experience in Edinbough.
