Absolutely awful. Use the metro system to get around unless you sitting on incredibly uncomfortable seats for an hour to two hours sat In blistering heat and traffic. Not worth the money at all

Fantastic way to see all of Dubai, the new and the old. Tickets included a trip on an old Dhow on the creek. Staff are super friendly and helpful with one guy in particular, Thapa, giving us tremendous help and advice. Throughly recommended.

Really enjoyed the ride. The information in the headphones was very enjoyable however, the microphone from the bus driver was garbled and could not understand a single word. The drop offs were easy however the pick ups the bus stops should’ve been more clearly marked. Learned later that there is a way to find/follow, that would’ve been helpful earlier on. Otherwise a great way to spend the day. Checking out a lot of the great sites. Would’ve been nice to have Water on board since it mentioned it but the coolers were empty.. title of

Great tour of old Dubai & new Dubai including the historical areas as well as the Palm & everything in between. Lots of interesting info on the audio part of the tour & we got lots of great pix. Marco Julio was very helpful & professional in booking the trip for us, & he was also very responsive on WhatsApp to any questions we had about the pickup, etc. Would highly recommend! 😀

Tour is OK, but buses are old and not clean

The tour is good, but expensive. The buses we have taken were old, and the AC did not work.... we were promised a 90 minute journey, but the bus stopped about 20 minutes in Dubai Frame parking.... the buses are not punctual, not clean enough. A tourist bus going on the highway is strange and not interesting. I would not recommend.

We’ve done hop on off buses world wide and this one ranks as one of my less favoured. Last time we were in Dubai we did big bus and it was great and we thought we’d try this one as it had a shorter night tour. The day tour was ok but apparently not as many stops as the big bus. The night tour however was shocking! No commentary and pretty much the same route as the Blue route we’d not long for off! It was not supposed to be hop on or off but people did and we waited 19 mins before heading off at one point in the tour. Felt this tour was a money grab. If the night tour is something you want to do then don’t choose this bus. We had done city sightseeing in Singapore and it was well organised and the night tour had people lining up to board in and orderly fashion, no racing for seats and needed to prebook. No such luck on this tour however. Singapore had a real person giving the commentary and was interesting. Pick up your game Dubai! Very expensive and not worth the dollars.

It is a spectacular tour, I recommend doing it as soon as you arrive in Dubai and look for Mr. Marcos, the sales promoter, he is magical. kind, honest and respectful. We had a great time I give it 5 stars if there are more I give them all

We always like to do a city sightseeing bus. The entertainer app gives you two for one on this so it was a bit more realistic. We had lots of plans in Dubai so just went for the 24 hour pass. We went on the red route then the blue. If we had it to do again we wouldnt bother with the red, unless you want to do the Dubai frame or museum of the future (the latter is just a stop off as tickets seem to be sold out well in advance). The blue was decent, but we ran out of time, so didn’t get to all the places we wanted to stop. Also we were disappointed there was no water in the buses when it says that there will be, vital on a hot day.
