At the first stop we were a little confused with where to go lol. Look for the blue signs! The bus is the same kind of teal blue. Thought it was great & you could choose which line you wanted. Good for the price

2 stops into tour. (When we only wanted to get to montjuit and the bus broke down on a hill. Gears seem to have ceased. After 15 mins we walked back to the info desk and they didn’t seem to know about bus. Staff on bus gave us no idea but after saying we’d need to book our own Uber to cable car and may not be able to use at all that day she basically said unlucky. If you’d booked direct with us we would invalidate so we could start the 48 hrs next day but because we used 3rd party no help could be given. So we got taxi to Mont Juic and a taxi to Park Guell due to lack of time having wasted 2 stops on a bus and 30’mins sat on bus and 25 walk back to info booth
Resumed tour thurs - commentary didn’t work and can’t say we enjoyed it due to the awful weather which was beyond anyone’s control

The trip to Montjuic and the peek to Mies van Der Rohe pavillion. It was like travelling to the past. Nevertheless, not only Mies Van de Rohe pavillion, the entire area is amazing.

The ear phones worked great and the staff was friendly and spoke English! The meeting points were sometimes hard to find.

We had such a wonderful time seeing Barcelona on the hop on hop off bus . . . I would recommend the bus to all visitors, and begin early so you can see all the sites on the map, better yet by a 3 day pass.

Difficulty finding the bus stop as there are several Bus tour companies all with different stops. But once on it was a good way to see Barcelona.

Hop on hop off … need to re-brand ! Wasted whole morning waiting to get on a bus then only visiting 2 stops in 2 hours , bus was going round in circles & didn’t know where to go due to a marathon taking place …. Surely they were aware of this planned event & absolutely no communication on the bus , what so ever!!!!!! Customer service just as bad as responding to emails! We brought a 48hr ticket & only used it for 2 stops on the 1st day as jjust couldn’t take anymore. Do not bother with this if only in Barcelona for a few days !!!!!!!!!!😡

There were long waits to board the buses, approaching an hour at the most popular sites since you have to wait for several buses due to the crowds. The recording wasn’t timed the best, so it match the places we were passing. We ended up just catching cabs rather than wait. Unless you go to all their stops, it much easier and cheaper to just go by cab or Uber.

We were sold a two day pass from an official vendor and told that we could get on and off buses at any stop.
The trouble is that all the buses were packed and there was no room on any of them.
We walked to the main meeting point where the queues were huge. We waited in line for over an hour and a half with the queue hardly moving.
There was no information from the staff and all the buses arriving were as busy as those we saw earlier.
The situation became worse when the staff disappeared and there was nobody to ask.
Eventually, and not wanting to spend my whole day waiting for a bus to arrive we decided to leave the line and find alternative travel arrangements.
I contacted the company, “Julia Travel” who initially responded but have subsequently been silent.
Be aware, this company cannot fulfil the obligations that they promise and take your money with no method of compensation or refund.
You have been warned!
