The tour guide was very informative and friendly. We learned a lot and enjoyed the tour. The guide showed us important sites and made the tour interesting for my teenage kids.

Maeva was fabulous and had so much knowledge and was so friendly. 2 weeks in Europe with several tour guides and my 11 year old liked her the best.

I booked this trip as a 50th birthday present for my sister, her kids, our mom and my family. We went sent the tickets to the catacombs and showed up there. The tour guide sent a photo of a statue to meet at (never saying that the tour was actually to be given 2 miles away and then we take a subway to the catacombs and do the tour ourselves!). It gives some coordinates and information only someone extremely familiar with Paris would know and in the fine, fine print- says it includes a subway trip. What!? Take a subway with a tour guide, an older lady and a family of 10 to NOT get a tour of the catacombs? When I texted the tour guide that I couldn’t find the statue in the park near the catacombs five minutes before the tour, she texted that the tour is not at the catacombs. Well- we weren’t going to be able to transport 10 people two miles in a city in time, so they decided it was fine on their part to never mention that the tour is not where it says it is and is nothing like the description. $1400 !! Very. Badly. Spent. RIPOFF

It was pouring so our walking tour was cut short. The guide was nice but overly goofy for teens in our group. The catacombs self-tour was average--we've been with a guide and liked it much more

Fabulous tour. Can’t say enough positive. Helene worked so hard to get our kids to engage in the history of Paris (no small feat for an autistic and a second younger child!). Learned so much about Paris in a short time

Our tour guide never showed up and never contacted us. After 15 minutes I contacted Viator, who reached out to the tour guide. He informed them he was sick and had to cancel. He then sent me an email about cancelling. That should have been done first. We walked 40 minutes in the heat. Oddly we received a confirmation at 1 pm that this was confirmed. Our money was refunded as it should have been. Horribly inconvenienced by the lack of notification and a total disruption to our plans.

Our tour guide was fabulous. Very informative and excellent with our teenagers - she also knows the best ice cream in Paris. Catacombs were also very interesting.

Our tour guide Maeva was amazing! Besides the fact that she was extremely knowledgeable, charming, and fun, she went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. During a subway ride to the Catacombs, my wallet was pickpockted. The moment we realized, she sprung into action. She helped us file a report and cancel my credit cards, and even stayed with us after the tour ended to make sure everything was taken care of. Her quick and calm response turned what could have been a trip-ruining event into a minor inconvenience. Excellent tour, but even more, world-class service from a wonderful human. Thanks Maeva!!
