Everything was amazing! The transportation was seamless and the drivers were accommodating to my mom’s wheelchair. The coach bus was nice and air conditioned. Upon arrival, there is an outdoor bar area to grab a drink before the show. The aesthetic was gorgeous! Such a beautiful location. We chose the food option and there was so much attention paid to detail. Everything including the menu was edible. The presentation of each course was stunning. The show was great too! This was an all around fantastic experience. Yes, the price is high, but I think it was worth it! A gorgeous visual experience!

Worst family experience ever. Our kids (9 and 12 yrs old) were excited to see the show Joya this evening. While I do understand unexpected things can happen and cancellations may occur, this one was totally wrong. When we arrive the staff was taking pictures that we bought. I paid $280 USD for my round trip from the hotel to Vidanta and back, money that it is gone now. Other people had drinks prior the show while waiting too. I already requested my refund that will take 3-5 days now. It’s not fair to let people go to the place if they knew they were canceling it last minute. Terrible experience Vidanta and Cirque du Soleil

This was an amazing show! Note the time on the ticket is when u can enter the event, the show starts an hour later. The food at the Nektar bar was amazing but limited menu: however it was all delicious! The show was spectacular! We got the show inky seats and they were great seats!

Phenomenal experience. We have been to three different Cirque shows between Las Vegas, Columbus, Ohio, and now Mexico. All were great for their own separate reasons. This was our favorite due to the three course meal, story line, and smaller set up. Performers were amazing and the twin act had my daughter and in tears as they were stellar.

If you are foodies like us, enjoy art, creativity, and talent… go. The meal is before the show. We purchased 6pm show and had to pick up tickets at 5:40pm. If you purchased dinner it is an hour before the actual show. There is a musical show during dinner that was outstanding and the main female singer towards the end is stunning. The actual show is 80 min and started at 7pm.

Fantastic performance, a must see when visiting Cancun. Cirque du Soleil® JOYÀ was everything as advertised.

Luis Angel and Alfredo were incredible servers. We never waited for a second food or drinks. The presentation, the food, the show! It was all perfect! VIP is worth every cent.

The experience was amazing!! 10/10 show! The waiters and the performer were awesome! If you’re on the front row, just know you might get called on stage. Did not disappoint!
