I booked 4 tickets for the 2:00pm cruise but I was not able to make it on time. I called the company maybe 30 minutes before departure letting them know that I would not be able to make it on time and asking if I could get on the next cruise. I was instructed to go to the box office as soon as I was able to do so. I went to the box office and they were able to accomodate me. The cruise was great, the weather perfect and the tous guide was able to point out all of the important landmarks. You are not able to bring snacks or drinks on the ship but they do have some available for purchase. Overall it was great experience.

Good tour and saw loads of sites. Only problem was, it was nearly impossible to hear the tour guide (who was excellent), over the noise of the boat engines.

This tour was well worth the ticket price. The tour guide was absolutely amazing. The knowledge he shared in an hour and a half was truly impressive. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking to learn a little about both sides of the river. The photo ops were also plentiful.

A great cruise around Manhattan and out towards the Statue of Liberty. The views of the city from the water are fantastic but the icing on the cake was the tour guide who gave non stop commentary. A very knowledgeable and entertaining guy!

We booked online in advance but you can book on the day at either the ticket office or self service machines. We just booked standard tickets and they were perfectly adequate IF you get there early…. Boarding is from 45 mins before the cruise and it pays to be there straightaway so you can get the better seats at the side of the boat. If you’re much later then you have to sit more in the middle of the boat which means that whist the views are still spectacular, you’ll struggle to see past people for your photos. Sitting inside didn’t look great as quite a lot of the windows were dirty on the outside thus affecting the view. It doesn’t matter which side of the boat you sit as they go around for both sides to get the same view (even for the Statue of Liberty). The boat was good, the views were fabulous, the price (by New York standards) was reasonably priced for the excursion, the staff were very courteous and helpful. The only complaint was, you can’t hear the tour guide (where we were sitting anyway) when the engine is running which was obviously the vast majority of the trip. Our guide was Andy and from the bit we could hear sounded informative and witty. Just a shame we couldn’t hear everything and a couple more speakers would easily solve the issue.

The guide was great and made it entertaining. The ship itself wasn't quite as nice as I was expecting and the drinks were way overpriced, but that's NYC for ya! Too many people crowded in the outdoor areas to get good photos. All in all though, it was an enjoyable way to spend 90 minutes and see the skyline!

1.5 hour cruise around Manhattan. View of the most emblematic sites including the Liberty location which can be seen very well. Very pleasant especially when the weather is nice! To do if you want to avoid visiting Liberty Island
