We had a fantastic time with Ale 5 Terre Boat Tours. The pickup was timely and easy. The tour was informative but casual. The food was excellent and swimming in the sea was the highlight of our trip!

Couldn’t be more wonderful in every way. Thomas and Alessandro were top notch professionals in a most personable way. Extremely knowledgeable of the area, felt absolutely secure. After stopping for a dip in the Ligurian sea we came back on board to a delicious spread of regional delights with a glass of Prosecco. You will get a great overview of the cinque terre area with 2 amazing hosts.

Our driver and tour guide, Tomme were wonderful! He had recommendations for where to hang out and eat later, took awesome photos for us to share and even entertained us with a bird named Luigi that is a regular on the boat. Great experience!

The boat trip was more than we hoped for! Allesandro and Sammy were perfect hosts and made us feel welcome and offered lots of interesting historical facts about the sights and area. They kept the Prosecco flowing and had delicious apertivos! The water was smooth and the weather was balmy, which made the swim in the warm clear turquoise water our favorite part of the cruise.
You can really sense the pride they have when showing us visitors the incredible beauty of their home land.
The meeting point is easy to find as it’s the only pier/harbor in Monterosso. However, when I searched Google maps for walking directions from our starting point, it said the location is permanently closed. However, I just checked it again and all the different boat tour companies are listed. Do not be discouraged if you don’t see Ale 5 Terre listed. The meeting point was the last set of concrete steps on the left before the pier for the big ferry.

Perfect way to see the Cinque Terre area from the water, this gives you a whole different perspective from walking town to town. Still do that but this was a great tour with very nice, knowledgable captain and crew. Good food and drinks on board and the swim stops were refreshing.

We had a great time on this boat trip as it was the perfect way to see the cinque terre. We had small group which was great and the food and flowing prosecco was fantastic. Thanks for a few hours on the water with breathtaking views!

We had such a great time and it was a fun group. Tons of space on the boat. Tomas was a great guide sharing information on the villages and history of CT, and even introduced us to a friend of the boat - Luigi the seagull! Stopped to swim a couple of times… the water was great and they had equipment to snorkle with the fishes. Great snacks and kept us topped off on drinks - GREAT boat tour choice in CT, wish we could do it all over again! Thank you, you guys are the best!
