Admire nature’s artistry in Liguria, a spectacular region and home of Cinque Terre – the much acclaimed string of seaside villages along the Italian Riviera. Renata was a great guide. Everything ran very smooth. We had plenty of free time to spend at all of the places we went and Renata was very informative.. a lovely lady and great at her job.. thank you 🙂

Easy check in and comfortable coach journies with a good mix of information and quiet time.
Faced with train delays at Manarola, our Guide Antonio was decisive and offered an alternative plan which worked very well and kept the group on track for the second part of the day.
Staying in Manarola for longer was perfect for us because it gave us time to swim in the harbour which was a wonderful experience.
Others in the group joined Antonio on a hike.
Once the trains were back on track, we went on to visit to Pisa and got back to Florence within the expected time frame.
We enjoyed the tour vary much, would like to go back and explore more of Cinque Terra and would definitely book through Viator again.

Day was chaotic, with train mishaps, re- jiggered schedule and haphazard management (like not figuring in bathroom breaks and notable sites to see). Guide tried but overall a big miss.

It was worth every penny. My tour leader Mr. Nathan Smith is very good and informative. The tour was packed with activities and the arrangement was very smooth. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The guide was so nice but the tour is unnecessary. You can do this on your own on the trains. I’m glad I went but I would do it on my own next time. Even if you are unsure, try it yourself.

We had a blast! The day was long, but our guides, Dani and Juliano, were wonderful and made the day very enjoyable for the entire experience.

Beautiful scenery of course.
BUT extraordinarily complicated/stress-inducing logistics requiring SEVEN MILES OF WALKING and INSUFFICIENT bathroom stops. And, after all that, no entrance ticket to Pisa!
Why were those details not made known in advance?
7:15 am - 8:30 pm. An all around painful and exhausting day. Would never recommend it to anyone but the most young/hardy.

The reason I gave this outing two stars and not one was that the bus driver got us back safely.
Our tour guide Daniela could not have been more dismissive. This was absolutely NO guided tour, no stories, no history regarding the places we visited Cinque Terre & Pisa.
I found myself latching on to other tours to get an understanding and insight into the place I was visiting,
The positive: Daniela was very responsible in terms of punctuality and meeting at the proper place. Dissapointly, that’s was the only positive.
I must add, Daniela came very much alive at the very end of the tour telling us several times how much she loved us, how great we were obviously with the only intentions of getting tips.
I take no pleasure in bashing people. However. I believe it would not be fair for other’s who have saved up and in return get a terrible tour.

I was extremely apprehensive about this trip at first because it was a 12-hour excursion on my final day of a two-week Euro vacation. I was already so exhausted.
BUT the trip was definitely worth the 5 stars I gave it. Antonio was the best tour guide ever. He was polite, patient, helpful, and made this trip very comfortable. From the moment we stepped off the train in Manarola, my friend and I were having the time of our lives. All three stops we made were so amazing; we got so many photos and had great food during the second stop. I can’t wait to go back one day.
