Communication from this tour group was amazing! We received a text the day before and morning of to confirm pick-up time. Our bus arrived on time and was very comfortable! I have so much respect for Jose's driving skills. The bus was huge, yet he navigated through the narrow hotel entrances effortlessly to pick up all the guests. Our guide Ramiro was very informative and spoke English well; most importantly, he made sure we all had a fun and safe experience. We couldn't go to Valladolid due to it be closed, which actually gave us more time at the Cenote and for lunch which we really enjoyed! Ramiro did a great job communicating with us all and gave us the flexibility of going off to explore Chichen Itza/ Cenote on our own. I highly recommend this tour and would definitely book another one with them when I'm back!

Beto was our guide, he was pleasant and very well informed about the history of the places he took us to. We leaned a lot, he's very passionate about the Mayan culture. The bus is comfortable. Worth the price.

We had a great experience with the trip. We were picked up at the right time and the right hotel. The tour guides (Marco and Rodriguez) were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun the whole day.
The ONLY issue we faced was that they did not drop us back at the hotel they picked us from, so we had to walk back for a few minutes. This could have been easily avoided.

We took this tour on 11/26 and was told to be ready for pick up at 5:30am. We were ready to go as was the van to pick us up. All was good until we went to meet the bus and the bus was a no show. We waited on the side of the road for over an hour. Then our driver got the word to take us to another location to meet a random bus.
This wasn’t a big deal until the tour guide spoke to us like we were an inconvenience to her and her tour. By this time it was already 7:30 am when we left Cancun. We were hoping to have the early access and realized that our late afternoon plans were not going happen so I called Amigo Tours from the location and explained our situation and asked them to help remedy our evening plans. No help. Also throughout the tour, the guide scold us like we we bad children. I do not recommend this tour company

This excursion was so much fun! I definitely think getting up early was worth it to beat the crowds at Chichén Itzá. Our tour guide, Juam, was so fun and knowledgeable. We loved the cenote experience and tequila tasting! 10/10.

Marco is an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and humorous. He shared his knowledge about Mayan culture and took care of our team the whole time. We took the earliest tour (pick up at 4:00 am) and arrived at Chichen Itza before 8:00 am. There were not many visitors yet and we had a great time walking around the structures. Cenote was amazing too. Lunch buffets was nice and included in the trip.

Had a great tour with Carmen. She was very knowledgeable about everything on the tour including recent discoveries and updates. The sites were incredible and the transportation was great. Highly recommend this trip.
