One of the best tour, it was so nice, very informative, our tour guys were wonderful, our guides juam and Ramiro and our driver Jose keep us safe and have a very good actitud very friendly also they safe you from scam vendors very good people and professional, overall it was a nice tour.

The whole tour was great & well organized. Picked up/dropped off from hotel as well. Juan, Jose, and Ramiro were our guides/driver and they were amazing!! Recommend checking this tour out if you are out here in Cancun! Site visits were great as well.

Frank and Omar were absolutely great tour guides, the pick up at our hotel was on time and the way to and from Chichén Itzá was very smooth. We learned a lot about the Mayans. Just wish we had a little more time in the cenote but other than that 10 out of 10. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The best way to see some amazing sites across Yacatan. Juam is a fabulous guide and very patient. Worth every cent! The bus is comfy and it was so incredibly easy to book and coordinate pick-up times and location. If you're thinking about it- do it!

TLDR: This tour is a waste of time and money if you’re looking to go to the pyramids, it was poorly organized, the Cenote is a theme park and inauthentic, the food is not good, no water is provided, and you will spend too much time shopping instead of sightseeing.

If you are traveling from anywhere south of Cancun do NOT pay for the pickup. We paid the extra money for the convenience of a hotel pickup which was a terrible idea.
First, the bus was 40 minutes late picking us up, and no one let us know, so we thought we missed it. Once we were picked up, the ban we were told would take us to our destination ended up transferring us to a bus. Without any explanation we were asked to get out of the van at a gas station in the 40c heat and to wait for another pickup- it came about an hour later.
All of the waiting DOUBLED the amount of time it would’ve taken us to get there.
Instead of adjusting the itinerary to make sure we would have enough time at Chichen Itza(the main event) we spent the majority of our time at the shops, a cenote, and lunch. We got to Chichen Itza late and spent about 20 minutes in the lobby preparing to head into the park (there were no lines).
We only had about an hour and twenty minutes Chichen Itza, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we took this tour. The grounds were so beautiful and full of lush history that we would’ve loved to have seen.
Instead, we were rushed out because the museum closed promptly at 5pm. When we on the drive back the air conditioning on the bus broke, so it was a pretty miserable return. We were also dropped off last, which is to be expected given the morning, but was about an hour and a half later than we were told by the staff and tour guides.
The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, but again, do not take this excursion with Amigos tours if you’re traveling from anywhere south of Cancun. It will eat up a full day with little reward.

Tour guide Manuel is excellent. Good knowledge and good experience. He managered the entire trip smoothly and without wasting lots of our time in touring.
