Going to Chi Chen Itza was an unforgettable experience; seeing just how intelligent the mayans were and utilized all organic material throughout the riviera maya. The views are amazing and is especially more breathtaking as you learn about its rich history. The tour although long )depending on pickup) is very well done and doesn’t feel long. They give the appropriate amount of time spending time with us and giving us free time. Our tour guides, Rey and Norma, were extremely knowledgeable and made the tour pleasant. Rene the bus driver drove smoothly throughout the ride and made sure to keep the Ac going(very much appreciated)! There is also an app they suggest to download to know what to expect and when to expect activities which was very accurate.
I do recommend taking light long sleeve clothes, water, a hat or umbrella and comfortable shoes as the weather was 99• F during chi chen itza.
I also recommend wearing water shoes for the cenote as going down the stairs is a bit slippery.
Lastly, in this excursion you are paying for the drive, tour guides providing you knowledge about the locations throughout the sites, a trip to the cenote, lunch and a quick trip to a nearby town. Having said that, you do have to pay to enter into chi Chen itza either through the tour guide(easiest route) or at the entrance.
Thank you Norma Rey and Rene for an unforgettable experience!

My daughter and I had an amazing time. Cesar and Enrique were awesome. Cesar was very knowledgeable. The time at Chichen Itza was extremely hot. Definitely recommend bringing a hat and/or small umbrella to save money and to keep cool. We absolutely loved the Cenote swimming time. Very steep stairs. The food options could have been a little bit better, but no real complaints. The stop at Valladolid was short but after the long, hot day with the other two locations, it was a nice little stop for some ice cream and a snack. Definitely recommend.

The world is a teaching place wherever you go but this is definitely one of the world’s greatest wonder to learn. One of UNESCO certified historical site for its cultural and archaeological significance. The cenote was a wonder but we don’t swim so didn’t take a dip after the tour of the site…😆😆

Alfredo, our tour guide, and Augustine, our driver, were absolutely fantastic! Alfredo knew so much and was so engaging throughout. He answered everyone’s questions with ease and was so helpful. Chichen Itzá was incredible but take lots of water, a hat and sunscreen. It got to 41 degrees whilst we were there! The cenote was even better than we thought it would be and the lunch we had there was great. Sea shoes aren’t necessary but would recommend! Pick up and drop off were on time and were super easy through the all inclusive option.

First I want to start in the morning if the trip, the tour operator asked me and my family to go to a different location for a pick up. When in fact the route of the van who picked us up at the side road was going on the same route at our hotel. I was travelling with kids and the reason I booked it because it says hotel pick up, which did not happen in our case. However, few guests were also picked up at the hotel where we stayed and they didn’t have to go to other location for a pick up.
Secondly, the tour was very short at each place I feel that we were always in a rush to go to the next place. I would like to stay in one place for let’s say half a day then feel the vibes of the environment. The cenote was okay it was overrated, it was not really cleaned or maintained well. The stairs need some remodelling to be done for safety reasons. If you make a mistake walking at the stairs , I’m sure you are done due to the depth of the cenote. The cenote entrance was quite expensive which isn’t worth it for the price and the duration we stayed there which was only an hour that’s including the changing time.

I think the tour operators need to revise the tour schedule so that tourists would enjoy the place even more. I feel like what they did was its money money thing only.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and I don’t like the fact they have to ask for tips and included it discussion. I like to give but to reinforce it was really a No No for me.

I enjoyed the varieties of food served which was fantastic and I really enjoyed every bit of it !
