Good trip! Martin is a good tourist guide. The weather was too hot though. Everything is good except the first stop for gift shop. It would be better if we have more time at the end of the tour for walking around the town.

Martin and Eduardo were amazing tour guides. We had the best time and really enjoyed the cenote! Martin is very educated about the culture as he is Mayan himself and that made it all much more interesting. Eduardo is much appreciated for his safe driving and punctuality.

Martin is the absolute best tour guide. He is Mayan and he knows the history in depth. He made everything so much fun. The history of science and faith in the Mayan ideology may make any atheist a believer. It was truly an incredible experience! The cenote is so beautiful that it seemed like it was straight out of a fairytale. The day is LONG but soooo worth it!

We throughly enjoyed this trip! Although it was a long day it was absolutely worth it, our guides were Tino and Paul and they were brilliant! Really funny but also very informative and we learnt so much about Chichen Itza!
We booked the all-inclusive option and we were not asked to pay the $43 tax other reviews have mentioned, I'm not sure if it's an oversight or they just actually include it in the all-inclusive option, as it's definitely not all-inclusive if there's hidden costs! Definitely take the cash to cover it just incase. We only needed cash for anything we wanted to buy from the vendors there and any extra drinks at lunch (one drink is included with the AI option). And tips or course!
The only major downside was that their policy is to always have the AC set at 24°, which is too hot and it was very uncomfortable on the coach as a result. Definitely needs to be lower, sweating on a coach for hours does not feel great! We also had some initial confusion with our pick up time, as we were given different times, but we got this sorted at 9pm, when we were being picked up at 6:45 the following morning, again not great but it was fine!
I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone, just be mindful that's it's a very hot day and the coach AC does not help!

Alfredo was the best..hands down! He was by far the happiest tour guide I’ve had, wealth of knowledge and informative. Grateful for our safe driver as well!! Please be kind and tip them. They split the tip and it’s a long day! You got there safe and back. So please tip! Don’t be that person.
Let’s be clear. It’s a LONG day but worth it. Come on…you are seeing one of the Seven Wonders so don’t complain. Please! Do better.
The first stop…please buy something authentically mayan handmade. The shaman cleansed me and my purchases! Got chills when it happened and well worth it to support them. It’s not cheap but worth getting rid of the bad energy in your life. You know you need and want to! I did!
Moving on…the Chichén Itzá is HOT AS HELL!! Minimal shade. Recommend hats, umbrella, hydration and snacks. It was smooth sailing after that.
Cenote tid bit…don’t apply sunscreen beforehand. You have to shower before entering. The shower is freezing. You can’t bring anything in with you unless it’s a SMALL purse. No backpacks or shoes. Phones ok. You have to wear a life vest. No exceptions. Bring pesos to pay for vest and locker. We didn’t buy a locker. We left our backpack and shoes at the top and it’s fine. I’m also paranoid and my stuff was still there! Stairs down were scary for me. Go slow. No rush. Going up..easier! Be patient for people going up or down.
The buffet for me was just ok. Nothing to write home about.
Overall, highly recommend. Great experience!!

Really Nice trip with Miriam as guide and Danilo as driver. Everything went smooth and the site we visited with the cenote was really nice! Can recommend to travel with this company!

We had a great tour with Norma, Alan, and our driver Julyses. The Chichen Itzá portion of the trip was my favorite. I loved all of the history and background our guides shared. Although it was VERY hot, so bring lots of water. The cenote swim was refreshing and the lunch included in the trip was delicious. The bus was also brand new, had reclining seats, and had great AC.
