Staff was great.
Pickup was 90 minutes later than advertised on the tour. Tour ad is for 8 hours. We were back after 5.5 hours including transport.
We didn't get the tour we paid for. No zip lines. No rapelling. No snorkeling. No mayan blessing ritual.
No chance to shop for souvenirs and no photos.
The lunch was basic but good.
The jungle travel was nothing but driving down a horrible dirt road surrounded by overgrowth in the back of a van.
We only visited two cenotes. The first was a great cave experience. The second was dirty, loaded with bugs and partly collapsed. Our tour group didn't even want to get in the water and we told the guide we were ready to leave 7 minutes after arrival.
We were transferred between groups and guides 4 times. It seemed alot for them to manage.
I'm still waiting to hear back about a discount I requested from viator as we signed up for rapelling and zip lines and didn't get any of that.
Staff was friendly but the organization was lacking and it was not the tour we paid for. Not worth the money we paid.

We booked this tour. It's advertised as an 8 hour tour starting worh an 8am pick up. The tour promises zip lines, rapelling, and snorkeling. We did none of these things.
We booked and had to travel to a pre-determined pickup location. We were told we would be picked up at 8:50am. Our ride didn't arrive until 9:30am.
We then changed vans at a central location and headed to the ruins. It was a nice visit with some culture. There were souvenir shops but absolutely no time to look around. We were told to switch vehicles again abs ended up with a different group.
Then we went to lunch. Which was basic but good.
After that we went to a great cenote and swam. The guide was fantastic.
After that more of our group was changed and we went to a second cenote that was private but had partially collapsed, visibly dirty and had bugs everywhere. We were told we had 20 minutes to swim. Our whole group was ready to leave after 8 minutes.
We then were dropped off at our hotel, which saved us taxi money at 3pm.
Total time was 5.5 hours. Again not the tour we booked. No zip lines and no rapelling or snorkeling.
Decent tour, lots of confusion and less than what we paid for.
The staff was friendly but it was a disappointing day. Moka tours had a lot of customers on several tours. Several others complained about the constant changing vehicles amd delays. Some other customers also seemed to be confused about the tour the purchased and the tour they were getting.
Not worth the$$.
