Terrible customer service from Diane, I would not recommend this company! I received a quote for another boat I wanted and they put me on the boat with the fake skirt.

It was perfect!!! Great drinks. It was Just long enough and enjoyed not having narration. I Highly recommend this cruise.

It was fun being in the front of the boat. Having less room in the inside and more room outside would be the one thing that would make it excellent.

It was easy to check in and the trip was fun.. expected more crowd but for some reason it was not that crowded : ship was clean and staff were ok . No complains overall a good experience with my friends to give the city tour from downtown toward china town n back

It’s advertised as being air conditioned which is false. Also, the seating is limited despite having sold tickets to ALL the passengers on the boat. Also, they say they serve food but I only saw the drink menu but you can easily bring your own drinks without them knowing

It was good except kind of figured it was 21 and older. Kids were running around to the point the worker had to say something more than once. If it's not 21 plus it's fine, but it is a cruise with adults and alcohol in mind.... need more control of the kids running around. Other than that it was great !

Traveling with family. Name it clearly marked to get on the boat. Got to the boat finally to watch it leave. Tried to get staff attention but they ignored us.
