Small Group/ Two wineries/ San Gimignano/ lunch/ guided wine tastings/ gelato world champion/ piazzale Michelangelo and more..
First we tour vineyards and cellar of an organic farm in the heart of the Chianti region, receiving an up close look at the production and ageing process of the Chianti wines and learning about the secrets of the extra virgin olive oil making.
This experience includes a wine tasting and the opportunity to buy for cheap the best tuscan wines. Our trip continues on to the medieval town of San Gimignano, where you will also have the chance to try the famous world champion Dondoli gelato.
We then move on to a second winery where we enjoy an authentic tuscan lunch, combined to a wine tasting class.
On our way back we stop at Piazzale Michelangelo, in the top ten of the most romantic spots in Europe.

When taking a pole of the 7 members on our tour the vote was a unanimous 5 stars. The two wineries were perfect examples of Tuscan wineries and the food was exceptional. We all agreed that more time in San Gimignano would have been good for their economy. We just didn’t have time to browse.

Daniel was such a great guide! He explained the countryside as we drove and was personable and SO FUN! The tour was amazing-LOVED Francesco Carbucci winery-the owner was passionate and warm, San Gimanagno was charming and lunch topped off a wonderful day!

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour! Our tour guide, Christian, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and even took us to a couple extra stops on the way to and from the wineries. The wine was delicious and so was the food. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the Tuscan wine country. So glad we chose this tour over the other options!

Our driver/guide was nice and knowledgeable. The food at the wineries was mediocre, so don’t expect it to be great. The first winery was good, although I felt pressured to buy wine. The wine was good, but didn’t knock my socks off. The second winery meal was so/so and the wine was not great. All in all it was a nice way to see a glimpse of Tuscany.

My two friends and I had an amazing day with this tour! Our guide Daniele was wonderful - very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. It was super convenient to be picked up in Florence and driven everywhere that we went. Both wineries we visited were great, as was the visit to San Gimignano. It was a flawless experience with no complaints, all three of us are so happy that we went! Thank you Daniele!

Our tour guide, Bijn, was fantastic. Very energetic, and knowledgeable of the area and history. Our group was 4 couples who did not know each other. By lunch time, it was like breaking bread with friends.

We loved this fun, informational, varied tour of Tuscany that was made much more special by our incredible guide Daniele. This was the highlight of a three week trip to Italy. Learned a ton and loved the winemaker and environment of the county wineries along with a memorable trip to San Giminiano. The difference maker in the trip was our guide along with the very organized tour company. We loved that there was time to walk around and explore on our own but that we had good support and lots of information at each of the stops. Highly, highly recommend this experience!

We ended up on a private tour ( we lucked out) with Max!!! It was an awesome day with our fellow Californian! He was so fun, knowledgeable and informative! Max was highly entertaining and funny! You will have the best day! We loved every moment!! Thanks Max!

Tuscany is amazing. It's absolutely gorgeous. This Chianti Wine tour was great in itself but made phenomenal by our guide, Elisabetta. I would hands down recommend her over and over again. She has such passion and love for her city and made our time here truly memorable. If you book this tour (and I hope you do) please, please ask for her. She's a true gem. You won't be disappointed is any way with this tour.
