Our guide Marta was fun and extremely helpful. First Winery was located in beautiful countryside. Second winery- Poggio ai Laghi offering entertainment, delicious wines, vinegars and oils. Worth wait to buy at 2nd winery.

Friendly informative tour guides. Comfortable coach. Visited two very different wineries and were provided with four generous wine samples at each, lots of information about the wine, a visit to a cellar, some snacks and a good dose of humour. There were also some snacks provided. As a bonus there was a short visit to a small town with a little free time for exploring or for a drink or ice cream etc. The coach travel provided opportunities to see some of the wonderful Tuscan scenery. In all a great value, interesting and fun afternoon.
Very minor suggestions for improvements :
Clearer instructions re the meeting point, we were told to meet at bus station but the meeting point was near the tram station and cafeteria.
The snacks included bread, oils, balsamic vinegar and slices of meat - some cheese would have been good for us vegetarians.

The experiences at the wineries were entertaining and enlightening. We tried excellent wines, but what stood out to me was the delicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar

You better not have an accident or get stuck in the middle of a car accident on your way to the meeting point of this tour, cause they will have the least of the understanding and completely avoid you. This your operator has the worst costumer service. we had a serious unforeseen event on our way to the meeting point. When we reached the company by phone call, they didn't even try to help us reaching the tour guide, nothing at all. No idea how good could had been the tour, but based on the way they treated us ...

An excellent guide! Otherwise it was way too many people to have a positive experience - they were speaking over the guide and wine tour. Each place only gave a few tastings (3 at the first and 4 at the second) but then pitched us lots of other wine we couldn’t try and merchandise. After each tasting, other people on the tour were given extra tastings and attention, and we were charged to try one extra glass (maybe we didn’t dress up enough?) The town at the end was nice but we spent most of it queueing in a cafe for a bathroom.
