Inma provided a great day for my wife and I on our recent trip to Madrid. We were able to adjust the itinerary a bit as we went, deciding where to spend more/less time and what to skip. We were able to explore aspects of Segovia as we encountered them. Would recommend for anyone looking for a less rushed and more personalized way to visit Segovia and La Granja.

Paid in full in advance a month prior and tour operator did not show up. Contacted several times and they would not answer our US phone number. Our hotel finally reached them after about 10 tries and they claimed they weren’t aware of the booking. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR - IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY! Red flag I should have noticed was that the tour in not refundable once booked. Unfortunately, this was our only day to tour Segovia and this misfortune nearly cost us. Thankfully our hotel found a ride to take us.

This tour was an excellent way to experience Spain for those that appreciate its history and to spend a day off the beaten path from the large metro of Madrid. Our guide was wonderful and a great host.
The stories and architecture of the castles is truly something to behold. Would highly recommend for those wanting to learn more about Spain, you will be impressed!

You will not regret this trip!
Madrid is a big city that looks like a big city, but these castles were everything we wanted in our Europe trip coming from the U.S.
The kids loved running around looking for “jails”. We went down to the bottom of the well, which was my oldest sonny’s favorite part. Then, up to to top of the tower. The 360 views were beautiful. Tons of amazing photos that you can actually tell we’re in Europe. We were the only ones there too, so we could pretend it was our castle :)
Highly, highly recommended.
Preferred this trip over our Toledo day trip.
