The trip was worth it. We had a great time, the beach was beautiful beyond measure, the food was tasty and the snorkeling experience was amazing.

Chankanaab Park All inclusive is not worth it, if your package includes food from
blue lagoon restaurant. They do not have anything good for vegetarians. For non vegetarians also the only option was pork.
The adjacent restaurant packaged with Dolphin discovery seems to have good spread of food for adults and kids.
Research some more before booking here.

The check in process was very smooth. Oscar met us at the park and handed over our tickets, he was not too friendly but did answer our questions. All the staff a the park are friendly but very pushy to generate more sales. Their prices are ridiculous for photos on their packages. The food is horrible which is included on this package. I would not touch that food. We had to talk to Oscar of how low level the food is. Be aware! Not worth your money.

We bought the package with the highlight being snorkeling. The water was too rough so we didn't get to snorkel and they either offer a full refund and no entry or nothing. Should've offered a slight refund for the main attraction being unavailable. The buffet was cold and not very good. The sea lion show and tequila tasting were the best parts, but not worth the price. Pay a little extra and go to an all inclusive like Paradise Beach.

Bring small bill cash. You need to pay $5 fee and the taxi takes also only small bills. The place was great for a day next beach. Snorkeling for beginners was great. The wave was pretty good.

This was our second time to the park. The first time was fantastic (back in 2017), this time not so much. Definitely get the all inclusive package or they will nickel and dime you for everything (drinks, food, snorkel gear, etc). There are also vendors in the park setup that try to get you to their booths and are quite pushy. Also, there are NO warning signs, but be aware of fire coral. I climbed on the floating buoy jump deck and got stung by venomous fire coral on my inner thigh. They did spray some vinegar on it, but seemed annoyed. Maybe if you put a warning out, you wouldn’t have to treat these stings. We ended up leaving, grabbing medicine for my leg, then finding another park that offered more with a nicer beach. It’s been 4 days and the sting is very much still there.

Totally unprofessional. They just meet you at the entrance and take hours to locate your booking No skiping lines here after that you are taken to a restaurant and they show you where tou can eat from the buffet.

This is not an activity as you have to do and ask everything by yourself this is why the price is cheaper than other packages here. I do not recommend this company and bussines.

Weather was very rough, so no water activities were allowed. Without being able to snorkel this park is a bust. We were allowed to cancel, but did not find this out until we were already there.

We were there to dive. Sergio was our guide and William did the pictures. They gave us excellent service and went above and beyond with my husband. He needed help equalizing, Sergio held on to him the whole time. The pictures were excellent as well. We will definitely go back next time we’re in Cozumel.
