There is a discrepancy between what is offered and what is actually given
First of all, the pickup time was never confirmed and we were late for our first appointment.
Second, we were supposed to visit Moet including 2 glasses of champagne. Instead it was Pommery with only one glass.
Also, Veuve Clicquot is included, it was not!
The only thing we did that is detailed in the tour description was the cathedral and Pressoria.
Our tour guide was very nice but seemed to be lost half the time

We didn’t notice how 9 glasses passed! It was so much fun. Especially with our guide Emy who was always with us treating us with fun stories! We visited 3 Chanpagne houses - each was an excellent choice! Driving there was a bit too long (2 hours) but on the way back we all slept as babies

We chose to do it without a guide and our driver was very friendly. Each stop was interesting and delicious. There was a lot of champagne, which cheered us up pretty quickly. The pace was a little fast and I would recommend eliminating a tasting to get some rest. Still, it was a lot of fun!

We had a blast on this tour! Our driver was a riot! We did three tastings and even continued our own tasting in the car on the way back after buying some bottles at Veuve. So much fun packed into one day

This was a total rip off. We had no tour guide, only a driver. We visited only ONE winery, and it was not one of the wineries listed on the itinerary. We had only two glasses of champagne. Totally misrepresented. We were told they had trouble booking the wineries because it was spring break in France and everything was sold out. We booked this months in advance, so it that was the case why did they accept our reservation. The tour operator blames Viator, and Viator said there is nothing they can do. Beware of this scam excursion!!!!!!

Champagne is not a city, but a real paradise, where I was able to make an unforgettable trip that will forever remain in my memory.
The city tour left a pleasant impression. There was a lot of interesting and useful information that I learned from local guides. Very beautiful and interesting places.🤍
I especially want to mention the champagne tasting, it was incredible.

Our group recently went on a champagne tour, and it was a blast!

The champagne tour was a perfect fit for our family, including our
10-14-year-old kids. Everyone had a great time exploring Veuve Clicquot among other houses and learning about champagne
production. The tour was enjoyable for all ages, and visiting the stunning Reims Cathedral was a memorable part of our trip. Highly recommended for everyone! Don't be afraid to bring kids.

They are not lying when they are telling you it will be 9-12 champagne glasses. This company is awesome, just let them know where you would like to go. And confirm the booking in advance because the champagne houses are getting booked pretty easily - we learnt that from our tour guide. Sorry if we were too loud on the way back. Loved this experience.
