Another amazing trip booked through Viator! Spending the day touring the beautiful Champagne region was delightful. I highly suggest the small group tours as the van is very comfortable and you get an opportunity to meet the other passengers. Our guide, Will, was awesome. He’s very informative and personable. He really helped make the tour a 10 out of 10.

The church and the Michael fagot was beautiful and champagne amazing we ordered some to send home. The final winery at Nicolas Feuillatte was showing how they make bulk bottles of champagne and you buy it in the US.
Our tour guide Wendy sere was amazing and had a lot of energy and very engaging.
We had a good time but would have liked to spend more time at local champagne wineries on the tour.

Our guide, Will, was superb! Friendly, knowledgeable and great to spend time with! The champagne tours were fantastic and the extra few side trips-2 cathedrals were a bonus!

Will was a wonderful host for the day. He shared his love of Paris, champagne and the regions so warmly and passionately. Everyone was made welcome and we all enjoyed each other’s company. The Bouche house is a must see section of the tour. Thanks Will for a lovely day.

Viator is merely a reseller. The tour operator changed the meeting time and place or our tour. In their messaging they said the information would be updated in the Viator app, it was not. I showed up for our tour with the Viator voucher that had the incorrect time and missed the tour completely by 15 minutes. This was a full day tour on my honeymoon and was to be the highlight of our trip to France. Contacting the tour operator and Viator was pointless. Viator does not take care of the customer and the tour operator banked the 100% profit and said tough luck. I've used Viator for many years and I'm so disappointed they didn't update their voucher information and refused to refund or credit a long time customer.

It was amazing. Our tour guide Julie was exceptional. It’s nice to see the process of making champagne. It was tough to drink 3 glasses of champagne at a time but managed to do it. Great experience

Our tour guide, Matthew, was great! He was so knowledgeable and accommodating the whole day. We learned about the history of this beautiful region and the production of Champagne and its bubbles. I would highly recommend this tour! Be sure to check the pick up point to the proximity of your hotel.

Our day trip to champagne was excellent! David our driver was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive to us and to another client who had special needs. The first champagne house tour was excellent- informative, with excellent champagne. Our lunch at the Continental was also excellent, which is amazing because we are gluten free and usually it is difficult to accommodate for this diet. The cathedral in Rheims was beautiful. The second house was good, but personally I didn’t care for their champagne as much ( but they did demonstrate how to sabre off the top which was cool) . The drive through the French countryside was the perfect mid week break to relax from city and see the beauty of France.
The van was clean and comfortable. The tour was excellent, enriched by David who made the day awesome. He is an asset to the company for sure. Attentive and charming, and a good driver negotiating the traffic.
