Long wait, extra fees and unfriendly staff. Very busy terminal. Same tour going back and forward, not a loop.

The company is professional, pilot was a professional and the views are fantastic. Uber drop off and pick up was easy. We went to Katz's Deli for lunch (a classic). Perfect afternoon!
