Pros: our guide Melissa was knowledgeable, engaging and fluent in English. The cathedral and Alcazar are well worth seeing!
Cons: tour operators combined Spanish and English speaking guests so guide had to say everything twice. Several guests complained as this made the tour last twice as long. Also when we arrived at the meeting point given on time, no one was there. We had to communicate extensively with the tour operator to find the tour. We believe this was due to two languages and that caused the tour to run behind schedule.

Melissa was an excellent guide. Her knowledge was extensive. Her animated personality was delightful. However, we did have one issue that bothered us. This was booked as an English tour. However, there were 3 people on our tour who didn’t speak English so this became a bilingual tour. Melissa handled it well but it did slow us down.

We loved Melissa as a guide, for her spontaneity, self-confidence, friendliness and knowledge, which infected us with her enthusiasm for Seville. Guaranteed fun. With a little luck, he will dance sevillanas for you. By hiring you avoid the queues that usually form for visiting the Alcázares. Highly recommended, although the price is not cheap.

We are not much of a review writer, but in this case the positive experience is well worth it.
Our guide Melissa made hiring a tour guide for the visit to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Reales Alcázares, the Cathedral and the Giralda a great success.
Very professional, attentive and knowledgeable in depth about what she explains, all seasoned with great friendliness and closeness, both with her group and with the rest of the people with whom she interacts during the visit.
Throughout the entire tour he makes you immersed in what he explains, his way of being and explaining helps to capture historical or interesting data that would not otherwise be understood so easily.
The next time we visit Seville (hopefully in April), we will undoubtedly think about it because of the pleasant experience and to try to have it as a guide for other visits.

We did the guided view with Melisa. First of all, we want to highlight your kindness and empathy. We had a problem with the activity that we had contracted from Argentina (we had contracted a full-day activity and they gave us a half-day one) and she communicated directly with the various tourism agencies involved in the contract to give us a solution.
In relation to the activity, it is very explanatory, the truth is that we learned a lot. In addition, she is very friendly and the visit is very pleasant and fun.
One of the best guides we had during our trip through Spain.
