We did the Isla Mujeres with lunch & hotel pick up tour.
The advertising and website are very misleading.
The boat was very large with a lot of people. (It would have been nice to have the max number of people allowed put on the website, as this would have affected our decision to book with this company).
They state the guides are bilingual, however, the English was very limited. It seemed 3-4 sentences in Spanish to one sentence in English, and the English was very difficult to understand. Thus, the communication was not clear as to instructions, etc.
They advertise lunch at the "beach club" and then tour the Island. They took us to the Island BEFORE lunch so everyone was starving by the time we actually got to the lunch. They did not tell us we needed an ID to rent a golf cart on the island.
The "beach club" was not the beach club as expected, but was actually a "Dolphin Discovery", which they pushed for us to buy (extra) the entire time we were on the boat. The lunch at the Dolphin Discovery was ok. The open bar and area to relax were nice. Overall, we were quite disappointed with this tour and would not use this company again.

My family enjoyed the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres and snorkeling. There was not a lot of time spent on any one activity which was good, because then you could decide if it was of interest to do again either snorkeling or returning to Isla Mujeres. My only grief was with the loud music on the catamaran which was played for the entire trip. It was sooo loud that we could not have a conversation with any one else on the boat. The service and the staff were fantastic.

Booked a boat tour online and was told it got cancelled when arrived at spot due to bad weather condition. Office closed. Reached out to customer service and was told a refund will be issued between 20 to 30 business day, however after 45 days with countless email exchanges, NO refund issued. Can no longer reach them via email and phone call was blocked. Wasted $100USD and tons of time trying to get my money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
