Due to freezing weather, we asked our driver to skip the photo stops and he still pointed out sights of interest. Meeting place was easy to find and driver provided his name and exact meet up place instructions were prompt and accurate. Checked this off my bucket list!

Carriage ride vendor changed date of carriage ride to 3 days later. We were no longer in NYC. We had to cancel ride. We were no longer in NYC. They weHave yet to receive refund confirmation

A bit of shamble at the start with checking in and smell of horse poo with all the other horses etc there. I would have these a little way from pick up point. Ride was ok but not really the lights expected. Driver was nice and still enjoyed by maybe better during the day without the lights.

Oscar the driver, changed the time we booked on the Viator App. Oscar was rude and lacked communication with 2 other bookings made for the same time.
The picture on this app isn’t what you will be greeted with. Disappointing experience because of Oscar.

We booked this experience for New Years Eve, we were slightly disappointed to hear that we wouldn’t be going round Central Park as it had been closed off, if we had known that we wouldn’t of booked. I think that communication needs to be pointed out when booking. We were taken around the city, however we had done most of it by foot.

A lot of money for what we received there was cheaper carriages for 69 dollars around the corner , we didn’t get to feed the horses as advertised and was a boring ride to be honest not worth 269 dollars wasn’t VIP in anyway

Central Park is such a beautiful and nostalgic place. I enjoyed sharing the ride with my hubby! Loved hearing the tidbits on where movies were made & seeing spots we recognized. There are beautiful views of the city & NY is gorgeous during Christmas.
